My mission is to improve the health, well-being, and quality of life of clients through the practice of Reiki healing energy, and massage therapy. My priority is your overall health and I want you to leave your sessions feeling better while also helping educate you on actively improving and maintaining your health and overall well-being.  In addition to technical knowledge, I use Reiki, healing touch, compassion, intuition, and experience to consciously tailor massage therapy session to your specific needs.

I have been practicing massage therapy for over 22 years and continued my education over the years learning new healing & massage modalities.

In addition to being a massage therapist & Reiki practitioner , I am the mother of 3 adult children and grandmother to seven wonderful grandchildren, When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, walking, traveling, and giving back to the community.
